  The Kentucky Court Reporters Association is a non-profit corporation formed in 1978, and since that time has provided educational opportunities for court reporters, as well as public relations services to the court reporting community in Kentucky. LCRA is an organization that educates, protects, and promotes the court reporting profession in Louisiana . In addition, LCRA especially encourages its members to portray the ideals set by the National Court Reporters Association, ( NCRA)the official standard bearer in the nation.

• Washington Court Reporters Association

  The mission of the Washington Court Reporters Association is to promote the profession of court reporting. It is the objective of this professional association to maintain a membership base composed of court reporters, Communication Access Realtime Translators (CART), and captioners whose values are consistent with the ethical standards promulgated by the NCRA Code of Professional Ethics. WCRA represents its members in the state legislature on issues impacting court reporting, CART, and captioning.
