The élan Mira and Stentura Fusion/Protege realtime cable is used for connecting your machine to your computer via a serial port for realtime. Also compatible with the Stentura Protégé, élan Cybra Professional and élan Cybra Student machines. The realtime cable kit contains a 12-foot serial cable with a black adapter for the computer and a purple adapter for the writing machine. Separate adapters and cables in various lengths are available. If your computer does not have a 9-pin serial port, you will want to obtain a USB to Serial Converter cable in addition to this serial cable.
