This is a short-term rental to be used while your writer is being serviced at StenoWorks. Please fill out our service form first before ordering a rental. Although a deposit is required, as long as the writer is returned in the same condition with the included accessories, the deposit will be refunded in full minus any outstanding balance. If you have a Luminex or a Diamante, this writer will use the same accessories or, if not, accessories will be included. The Elan Mira connects using the USB cable and or Serial cable and has SD cards included that will allow you to connect to most CAT systems.
Included accessories are:
- Refurbished writer with wide * & DZ Keytops. Let us know if you need a different keytop configuration (fee may be required) Battery and SD cards included.
- If this is replacing a different writer, let us know.
Charges:
- Deposit $500.00
- Weekly payment $100.00/week (plus tax in FL) only charged directly to your credit or debit card. Payment date starts on the day the writer is received at your location or if the package is taken to a UPS/FEDEX drop off location. Recurring rental payment ends when writer is shipped for return. Payment dates will be manually adjusted accordingly.
- 1 week minimum term and then week to week (no daily rentals)
- All shipping for rental and serviced machine responsibility of customer.
- Total machine value: $1495.00 will be charged if machine is not returned.
