RETURNS or EXCHANGES: Contact us by opening up a support ticket. Please provide name, email, order # and a reason for return or exchange. We will get back to you within 1 business day to explain eligibility, conditions and procedure to return a previously purchased item. Generally there are NO RETURNS after 30 days.
Return Policy Details
Any customized products, special order products or any software product are non-returnable. This would also include CD-ROM training materials. Individual specific return policies might be included on the product description page.
All Ebay auction items are subject to the individual auctions terms and conditions. Some of our Ebay auctions are sold "as is" and are not subject to return.
All steno writing machines are returnable with a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee and any charges for customization (including loading of programs, wide keytop installation, etc.) and shipping within 10 days of your purchase, provided that proper return authorization is received. All other products, except those that were stated above are returnable within 10 days with a 15% restocking fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Before returning any product, you must request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping label of any boxes containing returned goods. Any product returned without an RMA number, incomplete (including all books and manuals), and not in resalable condition will be REFUSED or shipped back to the customer unopened.
There are no returns after 30 days.
