Fire Statement
Attention Customers: On August 28th StenoWorks experienced a devastating event caused by a Li-Ion battery fire that started spontaneously. Luckily this happen in the middle of the night and no one was injured. Our entire office and warehouse, including all our inventory, was either destroyed or damaged. Due to that event, unfortunately we were not able to fulfill all our orders or communicate in a timely fashion. All orders that were unable to be fulfilled since that time have been refunded. Over the last weeks we have replenished most of our inventory with fresh or new stock. Our repair and service team is also now active and we are currently servicing most writers in that 2-4 day timeframe. We are still experiencing some delays on certain products, but our order processing and shipping are getting back to normal. We are working as fast as possible to process all orders and appreciate your patience. Our phones have also been impacted and are not currently monitored on a timely basis, so please open up a support ticket or a chat for any support or sales questions.
